Custom Color

The custom color postcard  introduces a new concept in creating colored paper. Paper matched to your unique needs. This two-sided, rounded-corner card was mailed and handed out at mill events.

Mohawk Bravo swatchbook

Introduced at GraphExpo in July 2011, Mohawk Bravo is a unique portfolio of non-paper digital substrates designed uniquely for digital color production presses. This new swatchbook samples of each available substrate as well as application suggestions. The swatchbook was produced in a very tight timeline and was printed on several different digital presses. Launch materials included a product sales sheet.

Beautiful Envelopes 2

After just a few months in the envelope business Mohawk Fine Papers had so expanded their envelope offerings it was time for a new sample kit and envelope guide. New photography and new colors signal the enhanced range of sizes and the varied colors and textures.

IPI Portfolio

From inception to delivery, this project targeting a unique market segment was put together in less than one month. The portfolio’s wraparound cover and text are digitally printed on an Xerox iGen4. Photography samples are printed on machines from three different equipment manufacturers and demonstrate the paper’s printability with various toners and processes.

i-Tone Selections

Mohawk i-Tone Selections showcases Mohawk’s range of finishes and basis weights formulated specifically for HP Indigo printing. The guide simplifies specifying the over 150 coated and uncoated i-Tone items in the Mohawk, Beckett, and Strathmore lines. Through print demonstrations a specifier can explore print quality on, and tactile properties of, dozens of different papers.

Beautiful Envelopes

Mohawk enters the envelope market as the new leader. In a category changing shift, Mohawk Fine Papers began stocking over 1,400 envelopes. The Beautiful Envelopes kit samples standard envelopes in a variety of grades, colors and finishes in a beautiful 9 x 12 booklet envelope. The companion Envelope Guide, a portable, easy-to-use booklet, enables merchants, printers, and designers to quickly specify from within this expansive range of envelopes.

Beautiful Envelopes promotion

Support materials for the Beautiful Envelopes campaign included print advertising in national trade publications, web advertising, rulers and magnets. 62% of surveyed readers felt that the print ad was very effective and 32% said they would keep the information for future reference. To quote one respondent, “The ad is simple and to the point. A perfect ad!”

Waiting for a family

“Our project dealt with sensitive social issues and Jennifer was able to boil down a lot of policy material and develop a focused recruitment strategy. She created pieces that were inspirational, attractive and functional. It’s clear that Jennifer understands how people respond to image, art and color and she was able to create original materials and content that truly reflected our goals. Response to the campaign has been overwhelmingly positive, but more importantly, I have been able to connect to more people around our mission. Jennifer has an amazing gift of being able conceptualize an idea and create a visual expression of that concept that is both unique and accessible.”

Mohawk Loop swatchbook

Mohawk Loop is a breakthrough entry in the sustainable paper market. Merging the best of four existing grades with new shades and finishes to create the ideal grade line for responsible design. This promotional swatchbook, targeting jaded designers and printers, positions Mohawk Loop as the premium paper collection for sustainable printing.

Growing the market

The logo for Schenectady Greenmarket ties Schenectady’s distinctive City Hall cupola to planted fields of green. Board Chair Betsy Henry says, “The iconic logo for the fledgling Schenectady Greenmarket has become recognized throughout the region. Jennifer’s oversight of our promotional materials has helped us to maintain a strong, unique and consistent public identity. I believe that much of our success in the past three years is due to Jennifer’s ability to make us stand out from the background noise.”
